File Management

TroupeIT includes a file manager for uploading, searching, and reusing media (audio, video, images) across acts and productions.

Accessing files​

  • Per-company library: On the Dashboard, in the Companies list, each company row has a Files button (visible when you have stage-manager access or higher). That opens the browser scoped to that company (/passets with the company selected).
  • Your personal files: Open Your Files from your avatar menu (top right) or, on mobile, from the main nav. That opens /passets for files that belong to you.
  • From an act: You can also open or attach files while editing an act, as today.

The file manager supports upload, search, filters, and cleanup of unused files where the product allows it—details can vary slightly by plan and context.

Images​

  • JPG
  • PNG
  • GIF
  • WebP

File Operations​

From the file manager you can:

  • Upload new files
  • Search and filter existing files
  • Attach files to acts
  • Delete unused files

Storage Limits​

Storage limits depend on your subscription plan. Check your company's billing page to see current usage and limits.

Cleanup

Periodically review and delete unused files to stay within your storage limits.
