TroupeIT is an online platform for managing live entertainment shows. It provides tools for producers, stage managers, and performers to collaborate on show production from planning through execution.

TroupeIT Terminology
Before diving in, here are the key terms you'll encounter:

| Company | Your production team—the collection of people putting on events together. Companies include producers, stage managers, tech crew, and performers. Each company can have multiple events. |
| Event | What you're producing. An event could be a single-night show or a multi-day festival with multiple stages. Events contain one or more shows. |
| Show | An individual performance. If you're producing a multi-day event with multiple stages, create a separate show for each day and stage combination. |
| Act | An individual performance piece within a show. Acts include technical information like music, lighting notes, prop requirements, and MC introductions. |
| Show Item | Items in the show schedule, including acts and notes (like intermissions, DJ sets, or section dividers). |
| Passet | Performance Asset—files associated with acts, such as music tracks, videos, or images. |
