TroupeIT has a built-in support system to help you with any issues.

Getting Help

In-app support

  1. Open Support from the footer at the bottom of most pages (or go to /about/support on the TroupeIT site)
  2. Fill out the support form with your question or issue
  3. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number

Signed-in users with open tickets may also use Support / ticket links from product flows when TroupeIT shows them.

Email Support

You can also email support@troupeit.com directly. Your email will create a support ticket automatically.

Replying to Tickets

  • Reply to support emails to add information to your ticket
  • Use the secure reply address provided in notification emails
  • Include your ticket number for faster service

Support for Guests

Non-registered users can also submit support requests through the public support form on the TroupeIT website.

Priority Support

Paid subscription plans include priority support with faster response times.
