Getting Help
In-App Support
- Click Support in the navigation menu
- Fill out the support form with your question or issue
- You'll receive an email confirmation with your ticket number
Email Support
You can also email support@troupeit.com directly. Your email will create a support ticket automatically.
Replying to Tickets
- Reply to support emails to add information to your ticket
- Use the secure reply address provided in notification emails
- Include your ticket number for faster service
Support for Guests
Non-registered users can also submit support requests through the public support form on the TroupeIT website.
Priority Support
Paid subscription plans include priority support with faster response times.
