TroupeIT offers different subscription levels for companies.
Free Plan
The free plan includes:
- 2 crew members
- 10 performers
- 1 event per month
- 2 shows per event
- Basic features
Paid Plans
Paid plans are available as Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual subscriptions and include:
- Unlimited crew members
- Unlimited performers
- Unlimited events
- Unlimited shows
- PDF exports
- API access
- Priority support
Managing Your Subscription
- Go to the company page
- Click Billing (requires Owner or Producer access)
- View current plan and usage
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel as needed
Payment Processing
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. From the Billing page you can:
- Update your payment method
- View billing history
- Download invoices
- Manage subscription renewal
