Subscription Plans
TroupeIT offers a generous free trial followed by flexible paid subscription options.
Free Trial (30 Days)
When you create your account and first company, you automatically get a 30-day free trial with full access to all features:
- ✅ Unlimited crew members
- ✅ Unlimited performers
- ✅ Unlimited events
- ✅ Unlimited shows
- ✅ PDF exports and cue sheets
- ✅ API access
During your trial, you can explore everything TroupeIT has to offer. The only limitation is that you can only have one company until you subscribe.
You'll see a countdown on your dashboard showing how many days remain in your trial.
After Trial Expires
If you don't subscribe before your trial ends, your company moves to limited access:
| Feature | Trial / Paid | After Trial Expires |
|---|---|---|
| Events per month | Unlimited | 1 |
| Shows per event | Unlimited | 1 |
| Crew members | Unlimited | 2 |
| Performers | Unlimited | 10 |
| PDF exports | ✅ Yes | ❌ No |
| API access | ✅ Yes | ❌ No |
Your existing data is preserved — you just can't create new events or shows beyond the limits until you subscribe.
Paid Plans
Paid plans are available as Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual subscriptions. All paid plans include unlimited access to everything:
- Unlimited crew members
- Unlimited performers
- Unlimited events and shows
- PDF exports and cue sheets
- API access for integrations
- Priority support
- Ability to create additional companies
Choose the Annual plan to save the most compared to monthly billing.
Managing Your Subscription
- Go to your company page
- Click Billing (requires Owner or Producer access)
- View your current plan and usage statistics
- Subscribe, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel as needed
Payment Processing
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. From the Billing page you can:
- Subscribe to a plan
- Update your payment method
- View billing history
- Download invoices
- Cancel or change your subscription
Multiple Companies
- During trial: You can only have one company
- With a paid plan: You can create additional companies, as long as all your companies have active paid subscriptions
This ensures you can manage multiple troupes, venues, or productions separately while keeping each one organized.
